Columns
The columns available on the inbound and outbound physical transmissions pages are shown in the following
table.
Note: Some columns must be selected from the user preferences page for them to appear on the
page.

| Received Time | This field contains the value of the transmissionReceiptTimeStamp element from the route file that is associated with the inbound transmission file set. If there is no route file or the route file does not contain the transmissionReceiptTimeStamp element, it contains the time that the Gateway Server discovers the transmission in the source directory. |
| Processing Start Time | The time the transmission started processing on the designated server. The value is converted from UTC to the local time. |
| Processing Finish Time | Time the transmission completed processing on the designated server. The value is converted from UTC to the local time. Select this column from the user preferences to have it appear on the page. |
| Business Day | The business day represents the processing date and category of the transmission. The
value for the business day field is a combination of three fields that are separated by commas: site, business
date, and category. The category can be used for separating work for the same business date. At the end of the
business day, the status of that business day is shown in parentheses. A sample business day field is: 0,
2008-05-21, 4 (Active) When the business day cannot be established due to a processing error, question marks ([???]) are displayed in this column. Business days are defined by the bank and are created and maintained by using the Transaction Server. For more information about business days, see Business Day Management. |
| Status | The status of the transmission that is being processed. |
| Sender ID | Sending participant routing transit number from which the transmission is received. The participant identifies with whom the work is to be financially settled. For more information about participants, see Participants page. |
| Sender | Sending participant name from which the transmission is received. The participant identifies with whom the work is to be financially settled. For more information about participants, see Participants page. |
| Processor ID | Processor participant routing transit number to which the transmission is presented. The participant identifies with whom the work is to be financially settled. For more information about receivers, see Transaction Server User's Guide. |
| Processor | Processor participant name to which the transmission is presented. The participant identifies with whom the work is to be financially settled. For more information about receivers, see Transaction Server User's Guide. |
| Channel Name | Name of the transmission processing channel that is defined on the base configuration page. Select this column from the user preferences to have it appear on the page. |
| Message Standard | The message standard type that is used for the transmission. |
| Transmission Receipt Time | The date and time that this transmission was accepted for processing. If there is a
routing file for the transmission and it has a time stamp in its
transmissionReceiptTimeStamp element, the value from the element in the routing file is
displayed. Otherwise, the arrival date and time of the transmission is displayed. Note: This column is
displayed only for inbound physical transmissions.

| Transmission Description | Transmission processing type information. For inbound, it is the transmission type. For outbound, it is the transmission definition name that is defined on the base configuration page. |
| Transmission Format | The format of the transmission that is being processed. For inbound, it is the file format. For outbound, it is the electronic format that is defined on the base configuration page. |
| Original Transmission Name | The original transmission name that is defined by the customer. |
| Transmission Size (Bytes) | Physical file size, in bytes |
| Records | Total number of all records in the transmission. Select this column from the user preferences to have it appear on the page. |
| Transactions | Total number of all transactions in the transmission. The column header displays the aggregate total for all of the records in the column. Select this column from the user preferences to have it appear on the page. |
| Total Amount | Total value of all batches (ICLs) in the transmission. It is formatted according to the currency. The column header displays the aggregate total for all of the records in the column. Select this column from the user preferences to have it appear on the page. |
| Control Credit Amount | Total credit amounts of all batches (ICLs) in the transmission. It is formatted according to the currency. The column header displays the aggregate total for all of the records in the column. Select this column from the user preferences to have it appear on the page. |
| Control Debit Amount | Total debit amounts of all batches (ICLs) in the transmission. It is formatted according to the currency. The column header displays the aggregate total for all of the records in the column. Select this column from the user preferences to have it appear on the page. |
| Connection Channel | The connection channel that was provided by the route file. Note: This column is
displayed only for inbound physical transmissions.

| Customer Unique Id | The unique identifier for the work flow for this transmission. The work flow ID from the
routing file is displayed. Note: This column is displayed only for inbound physical
transmissions.

| Connection Node | The connection node that was provided by the route file. Note: This column is displayed
only for inbound physical transmissions.

| Connection Owner | The connection owner that was provided by the route file. Note: This column is displayed
only for inbound physical transmissions.

| Release Trigger | Indicates whether the transmission was built and released by a user or by the
scheduler. Note: This column is displayed only for outbound physical transmissions.

| Channel Name | The name of the transmission processing channel. For inbound transmissions, the name
of the transmission is represented by either of the following situations:
Note: If both the <channelType> and the <connectionId> are
specified in the route file, then the <connectionId> element takes precedence over
<channelType>.
For outbound transmissions, the name represents the channel that is configured for the electronic connection that is specified by the <connectionId> element in the outbound route file. |
| Connection | The electronic connection that is associated with the transmission. That is, the value provided by the <connectionId> element in the route file. |
| Connection Owner | The participant identifier that is being configured for the electronic connection that is provided by the <connectionId> element in the route file. |
| Test Indicator | Indicates whether the transmission is a test transmission or not. Note: This column is
displayed only for outbound physical transmissions.

| Custom Descriptor | The custom descriptor for this transmission. For inbound transmissions, this field displays the custom descriptor from the routing file. For outbound transmissions, it is the descriptor that was configured for the transmission. |
| Customer Reference | An identifier that the customer assigned to the transmission |
| Confirmation Required | Indicates whether handshake delivery is required. |
| Confirmation Requested | If set to yes, the actual time the handshake request was sent is displayed. For inbound, it is the time the handshake request was received. |
| Confirmation Completed | If set to yes, the actual time the handshake confirmation was received is displayed. For inbound, it is the time the handshake confirmation was sent. |
| Server Name | Name of the designated Gateway Server that processed the transmission. |
| Transmission Name | Identifies the transmission that is being processed. Usually, it is the file name that is appended with the receipt time. |
