Screen size page

Screen size configurations can be assigned to user groups. The screen size configuration directly affects the size of the image that is displayed on the review and repair pages.

The default view is in read-only mode. To be able to change the groups that are assigned to each screen size configuration, edit permission is needed for the page.

Fields

The page has the fields that are shown in the following list. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk.
Application Name
The name of the component that the screen size configuration applies to. Use this field to select the component that you want to see the groups for. This field is read-only when the page is in edit mode.
Screen Size Group Assignments
The list of supported screen size configurations, such as Small, Medium, and Large. Small is shown by default. When the selection in the screen size configuration list is changed, the list of assigned user groups is updated.
User Group Filter
The user groups list can be filtered by using this field. When the user group filter field is empty, all user groups that are not assigned are shown in the user groups list. When the user group filter field contains text, only the unassigned group names that match the text are shown in the user groups list. The user group filter field is not case-sensitive. This field is only available in edit mode.
User Group
The list of the available user groups based on the characters entered in the user group filter box. This field is only available in edit mode.
Assigned User Groups
The assigned user groups list shows the user groups that are assigned to the selected screen size configuration.

Actions

The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.
  • Help link opens the help page.
  • Edit icon, which changes the page to the edit mode.
  • Cancel edit mode returns the page to the view mode. Any unsaved changes are lost.
  • Add adds the groups that were selected in the user groups list to the assigned user groups list.
  • Remove removes the groups that were selected in the assigned user groups list and returns them to the user groups list.
  • Save assigns the groups that are in the assigned user groups list to the selected screen size configuration.
  • Cancel returns the page to the view mode. All unsaved changes are lost.
