Message Standard Groupings page
The message standard groupings page displays the message standard groupings that are defined. Authorized users can create, update, and delete groupings by using the page.
A grouping has one or more message standards that are assigned to it. The rows on the page expand and collapse to show or hide the message standards that are assigned to the grouping.
Columns
The columns that are available on the page are shown in the following table.

| Selection control | Always | The first column is used to select one or more groupings from the list. Clicking the table header selects all of the groupings in the list. |

| Message standards | Row is expanded | The names of the message standards that are assigned to the grouping. |
Actions
The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.
- Filter column displays the build filter link that you can use to create a filter for the columns on the page.
- Create displays the Create a Message Standard Grouping page to add a grouping.
- Search entry field. Typing text in this field automatically filters the message standard groupings that are displayed in the table. The table displays only those groupings that match what was typed in the search field.
- Refresh redisplays the list of records to show any new records and the updates that are made to existing records.
- Download CSV saves the displayed table view as a .csv file.
- Customize columns displays a page to select which columns are shown or hidden on the message standard groupings page.
- Row settings configures the size and the spacing of the text that is displayed in the cells of the table.
- Open documentation opens the help page.
- >, which is located next to the name of the grouping. It expands the row for the grouping and displays the message standards that are assigned to the grouping.
- Click a row in the table to display the details for that record.
- A menu appears in the table header when you select one or more rows in the table.
- Select all selects all the rows in the table.
- Delete deletes the selected grouping. A grouping cannot be deleted if it is being used. This action is disabled when the user does not have the permissions that are needed to delete groupings.
- Cancel closes the menu in the table header.
