Manage Image Validation Rule Sets

Each TIFF Validation, Image Quality Analysis, Image Integrity, or TIFF correction validation rule is part of an image validation rule set. The manage image validation rule sets and image validation rule set pages allows the user to:
  • create, view, edit, and delete image validation rule sets
  • copy image validation rule sets
  • display the image validation rules contained in the rule set
  • manage the image validation rules contained in the rule set by adding or deleting rules
The IBM-check-21 image validation rule set is provided as a default.

Columns

The columns on the manage image validation rule sets page are shown in Table 1.

Name Name of the image validation rule set 15 characters
Min Amt Threshold The minimum currency amount for which the rule set is to be applied. All items that have a currency value lower than the amount specified are not processed through Image Compliance N/A
Description Description of the image validation rule set 80 characters
Rules Number of rules configured for this image validation rule set. The number of rules is a link to a page that displays the list of image validation rules for this image validation rule set. N/A

Actions

The available actions on this page are:
  • Add Rule Set link displays the add image validation rule set page used to add a new rule set. This link is located in the upper right of the page.
  • Open documentation opens the help page.
  • View details icon displays the image validation rule set page for the selected rule set. From this page, the rule set can be viewed and edited.
  • Copy icon copies the rules of an existing image validation rule set into a new image validation rule set.
  • Delete icon deletes the selected image validation rule set.
