Item counts page
The item counts page displays the number of items that are grouped by status. Summary data for the different status categories is provided by business day. The count values are reported by work type.
The item counts include the activity for all of the operators that use the system. Only a summary of the activity in the system and not individual operator performance is displayed.
The data is loaded and shown when the page is initially displayed. The time and date appear, in the preferred time zone of the user, as a heading for the summary list. When the list is refreshed, the time and date in the heading is updated.
Fields
The page has the fields that are shown in the following list.
- Auto-refresh interval (seconds)
- Select whether the page is refreshed automatically, and at what interval. By default, the page does not refresh automatically because the interval is 0 seconds. Valid values are 0, 30, 60, 120, and 300 seconds.
- Forward Repair
- The following item count information is shown for forward repair.
- Business Day And Category
- Business day and category of repairable items.
- Repaired
- Number of items that need to be repaired.
- Deferred
- Number of deferred items.
- Rejected
- Number of rejected items.
- Awaiting Repair
- Number of items that are waiting to be repaired.
- Return Repair
- The following item count information is shown for return repair.
- Business Day And Category
- Business day and category of repairable items.
- Repaired
- Number of items that need to be repaired.
- Deferred
- Number of deferred items.
- Rejected
- Number of rejected items.
- Awaiting Repair
- Number of items that are waiting to be repaired.
- Image Review
- The following item count information is shown for image review.
- Business Day And Category
- Business day and category of image review items.
- Image Review
- Number of items that were reviewed.
- Deferred
- Number of deferred items.
- Rejected
- Number of rejected items.
- Awaiting Review
- Number of items that are waiting to be reviewed.
