Inbound Transactions page
The inbound transactions page displays basic information about the transactions that are being processed for a specified business day.
The page can also be used to manage the transactions. If a transaction was inserted manually by Transaction Correction and Reconciliation, the transaction is shaded with a light pink color.
Notes:
- Internally generated inbound transactions are displayed only if the show inbound internal messages option is enabled for this user ID. Use the manage users page to set this option.
- The page has actions that are subject to review by using Approvals. If Approvals is enabled, the action is not done and it is placed in a pending state until the required reviews are complete.
- You can filter the inbound transactions by the ID reference and the ID reference category, even though these columns are not available to be shown on the page. The ID reference value is an alternative identifier and the ID reference category describes the type of identifier that the ID reference value represents. Not all payment schemes or customer implementations assign an ID reference value to a transaction.
- The page might not be able to display large numbers of transactions because it is too busy trying to retrieve the data for them. If you want to display large numbers of transactions, set the Force Filter Option for Transactions property to true. This feature forces you to apply filters to limit the number of records that the user interface needs to load. This property is set on the User interface properties page.
