Global details page
The global details pages list all the global details available in the system.
Transmission definition values are set globally. iybinitpp.ddl loads the global values for the properties.
Global settings information
The fields that are available in the global settings information section are shown in the following list.
Required fields are indicated with an asterisk.
Notes: Each of these fields can
also be specified in an individual transmission definition. Values in the transmission definition override the
global values defined on this page.
- Max Size(bytes)
- The maximum transmission size, in bytes. This field is not used if FTM workflow is selected as the transmission format.
- Max Debit Currency Value
- Specifies the maximum amount that a transmission is allowed to be worth. The maximum amount applies to the
combined total of the credit and debit amounts in the transmission. When the transmission format of the
transmission definition is NACHA, this field is used to specify the maximum value for the total debit amount
only.
The value is specified as a number of cents in the system currency. Use the value -1 to indicate that there is no maximum limit.
- Max Credit Currency Value
- Specifies the maximum total credit amount that is allowed for a transmission. The value is specified as a
number of cents in the system currency. Use the value -1 to indicate that there is no maximum limit. The
maximum value that can be specified for this field is 999999999999.
This field applies only when the format of the transmission definition is NACHA and only applies to ACH transmissions.
- Max Batch Count
- Specifies the maximum number of batches that a transmission can contain. Use the value -1 to indicate that
there is no maximum number of batches. The maximum value that can be specified for this field is
999999.
This field applies only when the format of the transmission definition is NACHA and only applies to ACH transmissions.
- Max Number Of Transactions
- Specifies the maximum number of transactions that a transmission can contain. Use the value -1 to indicate that there is no maximum number of transactions.
- Missing Image Percent
- Percentage of transactions that can have missing images before the transmission is placed in an error state.
- File Name Pattern
- File naming pattern that is used when building the transmission. The name is formed using a file pattern and a predefined set of substitution tokens. For more details, see File Name Patterns.
- Test File Indicator
- Indicates if this is a test transmission. The value in this field is used to replace the %PT% substitutable token in the file name pattern. Any value can be entered and converted from non P values to T values when writing the type 01 record. or more details, see File Name Patterns.
Global custom attributes
The fields that are available in the global custom attributes section are shown in the following list.

- Global Custom Attributes
- Contains a list of the custom attributes. The headings for the list are:
- Attribute Name
- The name of the custom attribute. An example is
OriginationRT. - Value
- The value for the custom attribute.
Actions
The actions that are available under the global custom attributes section are shown in the following list.
- Filter column displays the build filter link that you can use to create a filter for the columns on the page.
- Search entry field. Typing text in this field automatically filters the records that are displayed in the table. The table displays only those records that match what was typed in the search field.
- Refresh updates the displayed global custom attributes.
- Download CSV saves the displayed table view as a .csv file.
- Show more text in table cells (up to 50 lines) shows up to 50 lines of text in a single table cell. The default is to show 5 lines. You can set the table view to either 50 lines or 5 lines at a time.
- Show less text in table cells for easier reading (up to 5 lines) shows a maximum of 5 lines of text in a single table cell. You can set the table view to either 50 lines or 5 lines at a time.
- Customize columns displays a page to select which columns are shown or hidden on the page.
- Row settings configures the size and the spacing of the text that is displayed in the cells of the table.
The actions that are available on
the global details page are shown in the following list.
- Open documentation opens the help page.
- Edit enables changes to the fields within the global settings information section.
- Save saves any changes that are made to the global settings information.
- Cancel returns to the global outbound transmission settings page. All unsaved changes are lost.
