Calendars page
The calendars page displays the calendar records that are defined for holidays.
Note: Some components that rely on the data input by the Calendar page must be
restarted when calendar data is modified. These components must be restarted to refresh their
internal caches with the updated data. For example, Distribution engine.
Columns
The columns that are available on this page are shown in the following table.

| Selection control | The first column is used to select one or more calendar records from the list. Clicking the table header for this column selects all of the calendar records in the list. |
| Date | The date for the calendar record. |
| Description | Describes this calendar record. |
| Working Day | Indicates whether the date is a business day or not. |
| Country | The country for the holiday that is defined by this calendar record. |
| Region | The region for the holiday that is defined by this calendar record. |
| State / Province | The state or province for the holiday that is defined by this calendar record. |
| Participant ID | The ID of the participant that is associated with the holiday that is defined by this calendar record. |
| Participant name | The name of the participant that is associated with the holiday that is defined by this calendar record. |
Actions
The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.
- Filter column displays the build filter link that you can use to create a filter for the columns on the page.
- Create opens the Create Calendar Entry dialog box.
- Search entry field. Typing text in this field automatically filters the calendar records that are displayed in the table. The table displays only those calendar records that match what was typed in the search field.
- Refresh updates the displayed calendar records.
- Download CSV saves the displayed table view as a .csv file.
- Customize columns displays a page to select which columns are shown or hidden on the calendars page.
- Row settings configures the size and the spacing of the text that is displayed in the cells of the table.
- Open documentation opens the help page.
- Click a row in the table to display the details for that record.
- A menu appears in the table header when you select one or more rows in the table.
- Select all selects all the rows in the table.
- Delete or deletes the selected authorized senders.
- Cancel closes the menu in the table header.
