Authorization Review
The authorization review page is used to display and act upon transactions that do not match an authorization filter.
Columns
The columns that are available on the page are shown in the following table. By default, not all of the
columns are shown. Use the more menu to show and hide which columns are displayed on the page.

| Selection control | The first column on the page is used to select one or more transactions from the list. Selecting the box in the table header selects all of the transactions in the list. |
| Transaction ID | The ID of the transaction. The ID is a link to the transaction details page for the transaction. |
| Business Date | Business day to which the transaction was assigned. |
| Category | Category to which the transaction was assigned. |
| Expiration | Indicates when this authorization record expires. Risk Management uses the auto decision configuration for the participant, or its own auto decision configuration, to process the record after it expires. |
| Company ID | The ID of the company that originated the transaction. |
| Company Name | The name of the company that originated the transaction. |
| Amount | The total value of the suspended transactions for a batch (ICL) or transmission. |
| Currency | The currency used for the amount. It is displayed as a three character currency code. |
| Account Number | Account number for the receiver. |
| Recipient | The name of the company or person that received the transaction. |
| Reason | Description of the error that caused the transaction to fail authorization. |
| Locked | Date and time that the transaction was locked. |
| Locked By | User ID of the user who locked the transaction. |
| Transaction Type | Indicates whether the transaction is a debit or a credit. |
| Original Trace Number | The reference number that was assigned by the sender. |
| Outbound Message Standard | Message standard of the suspended transaction. |
| Outbound Message Type | Message type of the suspended transaction. |
Actions
The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.
- Open documentation opens the help page.
- Build query displays the conditions that can be used to display records.
- Filter column displays the build filter link that you can use to create a filter for the columns on the page.
- Search entry field. Typing text in this field automatically filters the inbound transactions that are displayed in the table. The table displays only those inbound transactions that match what was typed in the search field.
- Column totals causes the columns that support column totals to update their headers to display the aggregate total for all the records in the column.
- Refresh redisplays the list of records to show any new records and the updates that are made to existing records.
- Download CSV saves the displayed table view as a .csv file.
- Show more expands cell content up to 50 lines for easier viewing of longer entries.
- Customize columns displays a page to select which columns are shown or hidden on the page.
- Row settings configures the size and the spacing of the text that is displayed in the cells of the table.
- Click a row in the table to display the service request details for that record.
- A menu appears in the table header when you select one or more rows in the table.
- Unmask applies to the Account Number column. It allows you to mask or unmask the values because they contain sensitive data.
- Reset table configuration changes the table view back to the default configuration.
- Select all selects all the rows in the table.
- Delete deletes the selected grouping.
- Cancel closes the menu in the table header.
