Transaction Correction and Reconciliation Engine
Transaction Correction and Reconciliation receives and processes the apply lock, end of day check and purge events created by Transaction Server. The TCR engine listens for work requests from Transaction Server on the WebSphere® MQ message queues.
The Transaction Correction and Reconciliation engine requires additional database tables to be added
to the FTM
database. The tables hold:
- Information about the active unit of work
- Transactions associated to the active unit of work
- Temporary storage of pending updates. The pending updates include:
- Transaction attribute updates
- User data updates
Transaction Correction and Reconciliation also uses the following database tables:
- IPD_PROCESS_LOCK - manages the locking information for units of work.
