Gateway Server inbound transmission processing order

When there are multiple inbound transmissions to process, Gateway Server uses the transmission receipt times to determine the order in which the transmissions are processed.

To determine the receipt time of an inbound transmission, the Gateway Server uses the transmissionReceiptTimeStamp element from the inbound routing file that is associated with the transmission. If there is no inbound routing file, or it does not contain the transmissionReceiptTimeStamp element, the time and date when the Gateway Server discovers the inbound transmission is used as the receipt time when determining the processing order of the transmissions.

Gateway Server processes the transmissions in order from the earliest receipt times to the latest receipt times.
