Alert Notification Task

The alert notification task sends notification messages for any alerts that occur processing transmissions. For example, if a transmission fails control total verification, notification of the failure is sent to the originator that sent the transmission.

This task supports notification for:

Manual run	Allowed	The task can be run manually to re-send any alert notifications that failed
Scheduled run	Prohibited	This task cannot be scheduled to run using the Services Framework timed interface. It will not appear on the task scheduler configuration screens.
Concurrent run	Allowed	The task can run concurrently
