Creating client-specific users and groups
An administrator creates groups and assigns permissions and users to them based on business needs. For
example, a decision might be made to limit repair operators to using only the operator repair functions of
Payment
Repair. To implement this policy, the administrator takes the following steps:
- Creates a group that is named Repair Operators in Control Center.
- Assigns operator repair permissions to this new repair operators group.
- Adds the user IDs of the repair operators to this new repair operators group.
Similar policies can be implemented by defining more groups and assigning permissions and users to them.
