Error Handling

ITX supports a mechanism called the 'Audit Log' – which in theory can return additional data relating to data validity. For all maps, the Audit Log settings should be set to location 'Memory' and audit setting 'On Error'. Audit log integration for dynamically invoked maps (using RUNMAP) is limited – such that the actual business logic maps must also handle the Audit Log of the Sub map. Because of this, the following settings should be used for sub maps: 'File' instead of 'Memory', with 'Unique' for the file name.
