Outbound transmissions

The Gateway Server can request delivery confirmation for an outbound transmission by sending an outbound handshake request to the external client. The Gateway Server creates a trackable item for the transmission when it sends the handshake request. When the outbound handshake response is received from the client, Gateway searches for the trackable item that matches the details in the response. If a matching trackable item is found, Gateway marks the trackable item as complete. If the outbound handshake response does not arrive, Gateway marks the trackable item as overdue in the Control Center.
