IQAJavaOutbound_API methods

In addition to the methods in IQAJavaBase_API, the user must implement the following methods that are specific to the IQAJavaOutbound_API interface for the outbound IQA user exit:

analyzeOutbound(IQAImageRecord[] imgRec, IQACodelineRecord[] codelines, ImageAnalysisRecords[] iaRecs, IQAImageResults[] imgRes)

Called by the Gateway Server to analyze the image segments for an item.
