Messages Not Processed by Engine

Problem
Messages are not being processed by the AutoAdjust engine.
Symptom
The messaging queues for AutoAdjust are increasing and no processing activity is seen for the AutoAdjust engine.
Solution
Verify the following:
  • The proper MQ Listener port(s) are started using the WebSphere® Administrative Console.
  • The AutoAdjust engine application Adjustment_EJBEAR is active.
