Marking Transmissions as Processed

After an outbound transmission has been mapped and then sent on the appropriate channel, the FTM broker or Gateway sends a message to the Distribution engine. Distribution updates the status of the outbound transmission to transmitted. An inbound transmission reaches the file processed state when all of the outbound transmissions related to the inbound transmission have reached the transmitted state.
