The Gateway does not process outbound transmissions
- Problem:
- Outbound transmissions are not being processed by the instances of Gateway Server.
- Symptom:
- The transmissions created by the Distribution engine are not being processed by the
instances of Gateway Server.
- Solution:
- Perform one or both of the following tasks:
- Verify that the release location matches the Gateway outgoing directory in the
configuration.
- Ensure that the file extension properties (.DAT, .RTE, .EOF) match the Gateway
configuration for these extension values.
