Overview
Exceptions & Investigations (E&I) provides a centralized workspace for items that need operator attention, with limited actions available to maintain process integrity, while Check customers continue to use their existing legacy applications.
The items that are displayed in E&I depend on the configuration of error codes. Each error code maps to
an error category, and each category is linked to an exception type - REPAIR,
VERIFY, or RESOLVE. These exception types define the resolution actions
available to operators.
E&I also uses existing features such as PPC and Entitlements, helping
ensure that work is presented correctly and consistently across systems.
