Initialize table task descriptor

The initialize table task controls setup. If key fields in the data descriptor are present, they do not have to reflect unique table records. However, if they are included in the table they must be in order. All validation checks, with the exception of duplicate records, are performed on the table.

The payload fields are fixed in initialize tables. The user must set the specified payload fields appropriately and cannot add or remove additional fields unless otherwise instructed.

Initialize table tasks are specialized components.

The task descriptor identifies the data descriptor in the data name element.
