Request for information (RFI) for an outbound payment

A request for information (RFI) request for an outgoing payment request is received on the REQUEST.TO.CSM.EXTERNAL queue. The simulator updates the business application header and sends the RFI request to the REQUEST.FROM.CSM queue.

A status report is received by the simulator on the RESPONSE.TO.CSM queue.
