Inbound recall
A recall request for an incoming payment request is received on the REQUEST.TO.CSM.EXTERNAL 1 queue. The simulator sends the recall request to the FROM.T2 1 queue.
A result of investigation or a payment return is received on the TO.T2 1 queue.
The simulator responds to a result of investigation or a payment return with a payment status report or, if configured, with multiple responses. For more information, see Configure CSM simulator responses.
