To use the Gateway handshake protocol, the user must configure a send and a receive channel
in MQ. A sample MQ configuration for the Gateway Server is shown in Table 1. For the external client, a sample MQ configuration is shown in Table 2.
Some of the MQ configuration data is also required by the
Gateway
izxconfig.properties file. The example values in this sample MQ configuration correspond
to the example values for the handshaking configuration properties.
Note: The reply-to queue alias value must
be specified in the handshakeReplyToQueueAlias property in the properties file of the
external client. In this example, handshakeReplyToQueueAlias should be set to
CL1Response_qalias. Response messages arrive on the input queue of the external client,
CL1INQ.
