Operator response

It can be any of the following reasons:
  • The partner IDs that are designated as a rehandle must be assigned a subsequent pass until the endpoint is assigned.
  • A partner ID cannot be assigned to a rehandle pocket in a subsequent pass after it was assigned to an endpoint.
  • A partner ID cannot be assigned twice within the same pass.
  • A partner ID cannot be assigned to a pocket in a subsequent pass if it was not assigned a pocket in the prior pass.
  • Each pocket and endpoint combination must be unique within a pass.
  • Partner IDs that were assigned an endpoint cannot be defined in a subsequent pass.
