MT103 Messages

MT103 messages are used to introduce single transactions into the application. These payments are treated as normal priority transactions and are bulked during the bulking process.

The following table shows the files that are located in the directory: test_messages/MT103 of the FTM DebulkingAndBulking Sample App project.
