streak element

The streak element is present when scan resolution information is available in an image with acceptable dimension and compressed data size test results. It contains two parts: inches and score. Inches contains a floating point number of inches specifying the width of the detected streak. Score contains a floating point number between 0 and 10 (inclusive). This value is the Image Compliance estimate of the likelihood the image has acceptable level of streaking in the image. A 10 indicates the image passes the streaks test and is good. A 0 indicates the image fails this test and has a large streak or streaks. Values in between 0 and 10 are a measure of the level of streaks in the image.
