frontbackdimensionmismatch element

Figure 1. XML Dimension Mismatch Element
chq_izvc_dimensionmismatchxml.jpg
The frontbackdimensionmismatch element is present for front black and white and front grayscale images with acceptable dimensions and compressed data size test results. A valid front and a valid back image must be present in order for this test to run. The test runs against the first valid front and back image pair it finds. The test searches for valid pairs using the following search order:
  1. Front black and white to back black and white
  2. Front black and white to back grayscale
  3. Front grayscale to back grayscale
  4. Front grayscale to back black and white

An attribute on the frontbackdimensionmismatch element identifies which front and back pair was used for the analysis.

The frontbackdimensionmismatch element contains the following parts:
lengthdifference
This element has the following parts:
inches
Inches contains a floating point number of inches.
score
A 10 for the lengthdifference score indicates the images pass the frontbackdimensionmismatch length difference test and the lengths are good. A 0 indicates the frontbackdimensionmismatch length difference test fails and, most likely, the front and back images do not come from the same source. Values in between 0 and 10 indicate the length dimension differences are marginal and the images may not come from the same source.
heightdifference
This element has the following parts:
inches
Inches contains a floating point number of inches.
score
A 10 for the heightdifference score indicates the images pass the frontbackdimensionmismatch height difference test and the heights are good. A 0 indicates the frontbackdimensionmismatch height difference test fails and, most likely, the front and back images do not come from the same source. Values in between 0 and 10 indicate the height dimension differences are marginal and the images may not come from the same source.
score
The score element contains a floating point number between 0 and 10 (inclusive). This value is the Image Quality Analysis estimate of the likelihood the image length and height dimensions indicate the front and back images come from the same source.
