Basic lifecycle diagrams

Basic state diagrams can be drawn for the payment origination transaction and payment origination batch objects using:
  • The states identified in Payment Origination Transaction Lifecycle and Payment Origination Batch Lifecycle.
  • The steps identified in the sequence diagrams.
Figure 1 shows the state diagram for the payment origination transaction object, and Figure 2 shows the state diagram for the payment origination batch object.

Once the basic lifecycle diagrams are complete, the FTM FSM Model can be developed using the Rational® tools.
