Multiple filtering options are available for alerts. You can select multiple entries, single entries, or no
entries. To remove a selection, press Ctrl and click the value to be removed.
Components
The components list displays only the components that are registered in Common Services.
Components are registered only when they start.
Component Types
The options for this filter are shown in the following table.

Tasks that are run by Services Framework. |

Components that are built as resource adapters and run in WebSphere. An example is Image

Runtime modules that support the Server components. An example is Business Rules Manager. |
| Server |
Runtime modules that run outside of the WebSphere Application
Server. Examples of these
modules are Business Rules, Gateway, and Transaction Server. |

Levels
The options for this filter are shown in the following table.

Indicates a serious failure that prevents normal program execution and needs
immediate attention. These messages are created to alert users. |

Indicates a potential problem that might require further investigation. These
messages are created to alert users or system managers. Typically, the system recovers and continues to
