Namespace properties

The namespace properties page is used to set the system-wide order for item lists when they are reviewed. When items are reviewed in the namespace, they are presented from a list sorted using the data in the column and the direction chosen.

To set the order for a review list, choose a namespace and then choose a database column and a sort direction.

Fields

The namespace properties screen has the following fields:
Namespace
Select the namespace to which this sort setting applies.
Sort column
Select the column name that will be used for sorting.
Sort direction
Select whether the sort will be ascending or descending.

Actions

The available actions for the namespace properties page are:
  • Open documentation opens the help page.
  • Edit icon changes the page to the edit mode.
  • Cancel edit mode icon exits edit mode. All unsaved changes are lost.
  • Save button saves the changes and exits edit mode.
  • Cancel button exits edit mode. All unsaved changes are lost.
