Adjustment summary

The adjustments summary page provides a high level view of adjustments by origin and destination institution across all business days. The columns that are available on this page are shown in the following table.

Column Description
Business Day Processing date including site, business date, and category separated by commas, and the status of the day in parentheses. Example: 0, 2009-3-17, 1 (Active)
Transmission name The name identifying the adjustment transmission.
Originator ID Routing number of originating institution. This number is a unique identifier representing the processing partner associated with this adjustment. The number is a numeric value created and maintained by Partner Profiles. It is assigned as work is ingested to the system, through the Gateway Server for electronic payments. Debits The total debit adjustments for this business day, with the number of debit adjustments displayed in parentheses
Credits The total credit adjustments for this business day, with the number of credit adjustments displayed in parentheses
The actions that are available on the page are shown in the following list.
  • Click Table parameters to select the business day and filter data based on the table column.
  • Filter column displays the build filter link that you can use to create a filter for the columns on the page.
  • Search entry field. Typing text in this field automatically filters the adjustment summaries that are displayed in the table. The table displays only those summaries that match what was typed in the search field.
  • Column totals causes the columns that support column totals to update their headers to display the aggregate total for all the records in the column.
  • Refresh redisplays the list of records to show any new records and the updates that are made to existing records.
  • Download CSV saves the displayed table view as a .csv file.
  • Show more text in table cells (up to 50 lines) shows up to 50 lines of text in a single table cell. The default is to show 5 lines. You can set the table view to either 50 lines or 5 lines at a time.
  • Show less text in table cells for easier reading (up to 5 lines) shows a maximum of 5 lines of text in a single table cell. You can set the table view to either 50 lines or 5 lines at a time.
  • Customize columns displays a page to select which columns are shown or hidden on the page.
  • Row settings configures the size and the spacing of the text that is displayed in the cells of the table.
  • Click a row in the table to display the details for that record.
  • A menu appears in the table header when you select one or more rows in the table.
  • Cancel closes the menu in the table header.
  • Open documentation displays the help page.
