Resolving a single object

To resolve a single object:
  1. Display the details view of the object.
  2. From the details view, click the Resolve Resolve icon. This icon is displayed only if the object is in a resolvable state.
  3. Specify the resolution action and a comment.
  4. Click the Submit Submit icon. The FTM OAC creates a command message for the object and submits it for processing.
