Rejected Bundle Adjustment
The rejected bundle (RBDL) adjustment looks for any bundles in the specified batch (ICL) that are flagged as rejected. The Gateway Server can be configured to reject bundles if the number of exception items reach various threshold conditions as it is ingesting work. If such a bundle is found, an adjustment is created for the entire amount of the bundle. If the bundle contains debits, a debit adjustment is created. If the bundle contains credits, a credit adjustment is created. If the bundle contains both credits and debits, both a credit and debit adjustment is created.
Once the adjustment is made, the bundle is flagged as adjusted and balanced.
