Duplicate Bundle Adjustment

The duplicate bundle (DBDL) adjustment looks for any bundles in the specified batch (ICL) that are flagged as a duplicate. The Gateway Server can be configured to flag bundles as duplicates as it is ingesting work. If such a bundle is found, an adjustment is created for the entire amount of the bundle. If the bundle contains debits, a debit adjustment is created. If the bundle contains credits, a credit adjustment is created. If the bundle contains both credits and debits, both a credit and debit adjustment is created.

Once the adjustment is made, the bundle is flagged as adjusted and balanced.
