Raw XML preview

The Raw XML preview action provides a comprehensive view of the raw XML message data associated with a transaction. This tool allows you to examine, search, and export the original XML content for both inbound and outbound messages. This preview is needed for technical analysis, troubleshooting, and compliance verification.

Actions

The actions that are available are shown in the following list.

Search entry field. Typing text in this field automatically filters the text within the XML content.
Copy copies the entire XML content to your clipboard.
Export downloads the XML content as a file.

If no XML data exists for the selected direction, an empty state message is displayed. This may occur when:

The transaction is not processed in that direction yet.
The message format is not XML-based.
