Perform Action

The Perform Action button opens the Perform Action dialog box, which provides a structured workflow to run operations on selected batches within FTM. This dialog allows authorized users to select an action, supply supporting details, and apply the operation to one or more selected batches.

• A summary table of selected items
• Available actions for the selected items
• Dynamic parameter forms based on the chosen action
• Comment and audit trail fields

Submit is enabled only when all required fields are valid. After you submit, the system processes your action and displays the following notifications.

• Success message to indicate that the action was completed successfully.
• Error message with details to indicate that the action failed.
• Validation errors for specific fields to indicate that the backend validation failed.
