Comments panel

The comments panel provides a collaborative space for users to add notes, observations, and discussions related to a specific batch. This panel enables team communication, documentation of decisions, and tracking of important information throughout the batch lifecycle. This panel appears as a side panel in the batch details view, displaying a chronological feed of all comments associated with the batch.

Actions

The actions that are available are shown in the following list.
  • Refresh reloads the latest comments manually.
  • Search searches across comment text and author names to quickly find specific comments.
  • Sort chooses between Newer on top or Older on top sorting to sort comments chronologically.
  • Comment Feed displays all comments with the author information and timestamp.
  • Comment text area is a multi-line input field for composing new comments with up to 1000 characters.
  • Submit posts the comment to the batch.
Every comment has the following fields.
User avatar
The visual indicator of the comment author.
Author's name
Name of the person who posted the comment.
Comment text
The full content of the comment.
Timestamp
Date and time when the comment was posted.
