Inbound mapping

The inbound mapping is done as part of a single IBM® App Connect Enterprise unit of work. By default, this means that all the database inserts will be done in one database unit of work, which may present issues for large files, depending on the platform and system. In some configurations, it may be possible or be required to reduce these units of work at implementation time through interim database commits. From a design perspective, you should consider that such commits may lead to some kind of recovery requirement in the event of a main IBM App Connect Enterprise transaction rollback to undo committed database work.
