Creating the Payment Feature Services queues

Several IBM® MQ script files are located in the install_directory/shared/v3213/pfs/utilities/MQ directory. The scripts are for creating, clearing, and deleting queues based on the default names. These script files contain the instructions that are needed to run them. You can use the script files or IBM MQ administration facilities to create the queues.
