Average response time for TCH transactions report

This report displays information about the average response times, in seconds, for The Clearing House (TCH) transactions during a selected time period. The report is grouped by direction, channel, and description.

For each group of TCH transactions, the total number of transactions and the average response times are displayed. This information is shown for the following response time categories:
Origination response time
The amount of time between when the origination request was received and when the acknowledgment was sent to the originator.
Receipt response time
The amount of time between when the message from TCH was received and when the acknowledgment was sent to TCH.
Delivery time
The amount of time between when the message from TCH was received and when a message was sent to the target application. For example, sending the target application a message to post the transaction or a message to send a request for payment to the recipient.
When no information is available for a category, dashes are displayed.
This report is in the package that is shown in the following table. When the archive file is imported into the default location of Cognos®, the reports are located in the TCH Reports directory.

When you want to use Services Framework to generate this report for the most recent 24-hour period, use the following value as the beginning timestamp.

The report is generated for the 24-hour period that ends at the time that the task is running.

paramEndTS Ending timestamp. This parameter is required.

When you want to use Services Framework to generate this report for the most recent 24-hour period, use the following value as the ending timestamp.
1999-01-01 12:00:00
The report is generated for the 24-hour period that ends at the time that the task is running.
