Initial Installation

FTM for Immediate Payments provides a FTM reference application that can be configured and customized according to individual customer needs.

The reference application is installed by using the standard IBM® Installation Manager process. FTM base Version 3.2.0 or later must be installed before you can install FTM for Immediate Payments. By default, Immediate Payments is installed in the ip subdirectory of your FTM installation path, which is similar to FTM base and other FTM applications.

The installation provides script files to help you do the following tasks:

Creating the message queues on your queue manager.
Importing the FTM for Immediate Payments model and default configuration to your database.

Before you deploy your application, ensure that all runtime components are replicated to all environments where you intend to run this FTM application.
