Death Notification Event Details Section
The death notification event details section displays detailed information for the selected DNE record.
Death Notification Event Details Fields
The death notification event details section has the following
fields:
- Name of Deceased
- The name of the account holder associated with this DNE record
- Individual Identifier
- The identification number of the account holder associated with this DNE record
- Routing Transit Number
- The routing transit number of the account associated with this DNE record
- Account Number
- The account number associated with this DNE record
- Social Security Number
- The social security number associated with this DNE record
- Date of Death
- The date the account holder associated with this DNE record died. The date is changed by selecting a new date using the calendar selection tool
- Last Payment Amount
- The recurring amount that is being paid to the account holder associated with this DNE record. For example, a monthly Social Security payment. The amount is changed by entering a new amount in the field.
- Current Status
- The current status of this DNE record. The status of the record is changed by selecting a new status from the list.
- Investigation Comments
- As the DNE record is being investigated, the user can add comments to indicate the status of the investigation or record their findings
- History
- Displays all of the user comments that have been added to this DNE record.
Actions
The following actions are available for the death notification
event details section:
- Save button saves the changes to the DNE record.
- Reset button discards any changes to the DNE record and re-displays the previously saved values.
