Managing calendar group assignments
Any number of existing calendar groups can be assigned to an involved
party or scheduler task. To assign a calendar group:
- Select the involved party or scheduler task from the list. The details view of that object is displayed.
- Click the Add Calendar Group icon. A list of calendar groups is displayed.
- Select the calendar group that is to be assigned and press the Add button.
To delete a calendar group assignment:
- Select the involved party or scheduler task from the list. Its details view is displayed.
- Click the Calendar Groups tab of the details notebook. A list of all calendar groups that are assigned to the object is displayed.
- Click the Delete icon of the calendar group for which the assignment is to be deleted.
