Managing calendar group assignments

Any number of existing calendar groups can be assigned to an involved party or scheduler task. To assign a calendar group:
  1. Select the involved party or scheduler task from the list. The details view of that object is displayed.
  2. Click the Add Calendar Group Add Calendar Group icon. A list of calendar groups is displayed.
  3. Select the calendar group that is to be assigned and press the Add button.
To delete a calendar group assignment:
  1. Select the involved party or scheduler task from the list. Its details view is displayed.
  2. Click the Calendar Groups tab of the details notebook. A list of all calendar groups that are assigned to the object is displayed.
  3. Click the Delete Delete icon of the calendar group for which the assignment is to be deleted.
