Temporary limits
Privileged operators can define temporary limit overrides for a monitor. A temporary limit override is used to increase or decrease the monitor limits until a designated end date.
The temporary limit does not affect any batches (ICLs) that are already rejected or suspended, but does apply to any future batches (ICLs) that are received. Specifying an end date for a temporary limit is optional. If the end date is not provided, the temporary limit is active until an operator removes it.
