Installation and setup
The FTM fragmentation sample application is implemented to run on IBM® App Connect Enterprise. The topics and subtopics that are in this installation and setup section describe the files and procedures that you need to install and deploy this sample application.
Package structure
The FTM fragmentation sample application is provided as compressed files that are also project interchange files. These files can be imported into Rational® Software Architect (RSA) and IBM App Connect Toolkit. The installation files and scripts that you need to use for this sample application must also be extracted from these compressed files.
This sample application is provided in the following files.

The compressed (project interchange) files for this sample application contain the projects that are shown
in the following table. IBM App Connect
Enterprise projects can be imported directly into the IBM App Connect
Toolkit. RSA projects can be imported directly into the Rational Software Architect toolkit.

Note: Because an extracted FSM script is provided, the
FTM Fragmentation Sample Model project
is not needed to use and run this sample application. However, the project contains the FSM model and can be
used with the FSM SQL extractor to reproduce the database scripts for the FSM.
