Identify mappings

FTM business process implementations operate with the internal canonical format (ISF) rather than external formats. Identifying the message and interface types helps define the mappings that are needed for the FTM reference application.

A mapping is needed for each message format that is supported for:
  • Inbound, where FTM is the target system.
  • Outbound, where FTM is the source system.
The following table shows the inbound mappings.
