Transaction document root element

The ISF core provides a single element called ISFMessage that is the root element of an ISF XML document. However, another element of type ISFMessage, or of any new type defined as a restriction of ISFTransactionDocument, can also be used. This can be of particular interest when using ISF as the basis for service interfaces.
