Receiving work

The NOC Management engine has a listener that listens on the IBM® MQ message queues. The NOC Management listener port waits for DNE batch loaded requests from the Transaction Server. On receipt of a request message, the NOC Management engine processes the batch, creates the DNE records, and loads the records into the database.
