NOC Management engine database table usage

The NOC Management engine requires additional database tables to be added to the FTM database. The tables are:

NOC_ITEM

Contains the notification of change transactions that are received (ODFI) or created (RDFI). This table also contains the NOC refusal transactions that are received.

DNE

Contains the death notification transactions that are received (RDFI).

DNE_COMMENTS

Contains the comments that are entered into the user interface for death notice transactions as they are being investigated or acted upon.
